"Where can I send questions or comments via email?

Customer Service questions or comments can be made by submitting an online Support Request Form. A Customer Service agent will contact you via email or telephone within 48 hours of your request.

What is the warranty on hardware?

The LeapFrog School hardware warranty is one year from the date of purchase.

How do I return a product?

Any item purchased may be returned for a refund, credit to a purchase order, or credit to a customer account (contingent upon initial purchase payment terms). The return policy for merchandise is 30 days from the date of receipt.

To return merchandise:

  • Call LeapFrog School Customer Service at 1-800-883-7430 to discuss the nature of your return and to alert us of your intentions. Please call with initial purchase information, either your school’s purchase order number or the LeapFrog School sales order number from your invoice or packing list.
  • All returned material must be marked with a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number prior to shipping back to LeapFrog School Returns Warehouse in order for the account to be credited. The return authorization process will begin upon your call to Customer Service. A customer service representative will contact you within five business days with the RMA number and the warehouse address. Both of these must be clearly marked on the shipping carton.
  • Returned materials are shipped at the customer’s expense to the provided warehouse address.
  • Credit is issued upon receipt of the product.

For nondefective exchanges, all of the above procedures apply. In most instances, credit will be issued for product cost only (excludes shipping and tax charges) to the customer account, and a new purchase order must be written and submitted for the desired material.
